-Really value the communities that CEMEX is located in and making them better -Awesome work environment because of the people -Lots of small 'gifts' or 'perks' for employees (organized events that you can win prizes doing, free food, bring in a masseuse for a day, etc.)

Cons

-Administrative work takes way longer to get done than it should because of the company's size

What is health insurance like at CEMEX (USA)?

Pros

Good Health Benefits, open communication from upper management (Regional President), good pandemic management (They showed a real concern over the health of its workers, no matter where they were working Plants, HQ, Distribution Centers)

Cons

Low Pay, everyone I have talked to, feel they are underpaid. No career path, no goal oriented (at least the department I work for)

Advice to Management

In the past year, Cemex has had excellent financial results, so I think it's time to review their employees salaries and raise them accordingly.
