Pros

benefits package- health insurance and retirement were good.

Cons

teams were scattered across multiple sites, and management definitely favored those in NJ. The expectation was to always be giving more, finding more work for yourself, and 'creating value' but during review time, even if your manager said you were above average, they gave 'meets expectations' because they couldn't have too many high performers. Bullies weren't addressed- even after HR was involved. They would find a reason to fire the person that reported the bully, even after multiple people talked to HR about their experiences. Upper management is completely oblivious and tone deaf- during town hall meetings where the whole company was present, they would show off VP's yachts, vacation homes, etc while providing less than stellar merit and COL increases. Advancement was based on time spent in role versus who was most qualified- at least in the departments I was most familiar with. I saw many people get passed over because they were in the TN office instead of NJ and many female employees were relegated to secretarial type work instead of being allowed to work fully in the job role they had.
