How are senior leaders perceived at Brookson?

Pros

Really fantastic company culture, spent a lot of time and effort in making sure staff are valued and have a good work / life balance, not micromanaged, or treated like children, unless people act like it! The CEO is involved day to day and knows every employee which is a really nice touch.

Cons

The traffic getting on or off the business park can add 30-45 minutes to a commute on a bad day especially if surrounding motorways are affected by accidents.

Advice to Management

Develop people internally to ensure we retain the right kind of people to continue business growth, rather than letting them leave to competitors

How is management perceived at Brookson?

Pros

I joined Brookson back in October 2018 as a Legal Advisor. Since joining Brookson, I have become more confident in my ability to provide legal advice to customers and seen a huge improvement in my communication skills. The management of the company is fantastic, I am comfortable in raising any concerns with my line manager. The workplace culture is inspiring, everyone is always motivated and positive in regards to the service they provide. The company also organises several social events and provide us with the opportunity to engage in community and charity events. As a Legal Advisor there is the opportunity to progress within the company and training contracts on offer. Brookson is a great company to work for, I would certainly recommend!

Cons
