Pros

Benefits, paid OT, events etc.

As long as your life is your job, they love you. HR is useless to discuss career options or growth. Go apply elsewhere...

Advice to Management

Spend the time to train your staff to excel and stop letting partners treat women and BIPOC with disrespect.
