What is health insurance like at Bond Brand Loyalty?

Pros

- My work is OFTEN appreciated and recognized! I am extremely happy with my job and my role in the company/team - Bond's culture celebrates diversity, strive for equality, and focuses on inclusion in MANY different ways. People from across the org practice and the effort for people to create bonds is apparent every day. - People showed up and persevered during the pandemic. It wasn't easy, but we all worked hard together. - The benefits have improved significantly to offer flexibility to our people: hybrid environment going forward, health benefits increased, summer fridays, flexible vacation, upgraded learning & development (among a few!) - Work is VERY fulfilling and LOTS of opportunities to move across org, learn and grow career/skills - Some leaders are EXCELLENT to work with AND for. Some even INSPIRING!

Cons

- Work/Life balance is not consistent across teams (depends on project/client), some make it work, some don't and work demanding hours - Some roles need to get paid more to stay competitive within industry - Some processes are still being formed or need to be refined

Advice to Management

- There is some work to be done with some of the leaders. We need some new blood in the mix. Some leaders don't belong where they are. - Keep doing what you're doing to ensure your people are appreciated, recognized and engaged. There a LOT of people that go unnoticed that can affect the impact and trajectory of the business. Remember, sometimes it's not always about being offered more money to stay.

What is the retirement plan like at Bond Brand Loyalty?

Pros

Great hours, able to pick up overtime shifts. Personal trainer on site, great cafeteria.

Cons

Worked in the call centre. They definitely treat you as though you're just a number. They have ZERO benefits and the job is contract only. Turnover rate is HUGE. No chance to move up although that's one of their selling points. They monitor your every move. This is a dead end job. Nobody in the department was happy there. We were heavily mislead on opportunities to grow with the company.Maybe other parts of the company were great but definitely not the call centre.

Advice to Management

More people would stay if you actually offered job security and benefits. Management style is authoritarian. There needs to be legitimate opportunity to grow. I suggest you do an internal job satisfaction survey of employees.

They have ZERO benefits and the job is contract only.

Does Bond Brand Loyalty offer massages?

Pros

Free Ice Cream a few times in a summer.

Cons

They like this management strategy, they call "War Room". It seems they are at war with their employees. The approach is: if the project falls behind they gather the whole team (20-30people) from the floor into an undersized room with no day light and poor ventilation. They call the room a War Room. In their mind the team has to start to perform better and achieve the results faster in order to get out of the room. Oh yeah, they bring donuts to the room. Launch Room - everything you have to pay from you pocket. Even coffee.
