Does BlackBerry offer massages?

Pros

Decent kitchen and drinks provided free of charge free catered lunch once a week lax start times

Cons

As the headline states, count on nothing to improve and a cult of personality for the leadership. Was said in a meeting given by the CEO that hard work doesn't earn you a promotion. Not sure what that's about. Burnout is rampant, management just keeps putting more on peoples plate Exceptional work is not rewarded, you are publicly humiliated for anything not done right.

Advice to Management

You have created a monster that nobody in their right mind wants to come to everyday, Try to get some feedback from people that aren't yes men and in this case that's anyone who is still around. Blackberry is still a huge failure and the best of every silicon valley joke.

Does BlackBerry offer relocation assistance?

Pros

The only pros about this company is that they pay well and have a good benefits package.

Cons

The absolute worst company I had the displeasure of being employed at. The Executive Management is so disconnected from their employees. The distrust and gossip amazed me. Unstable was how it felt everyday. I would not recommend a friend or foe to work here.

Advice to Management

Retire.

The only pros about this company is that they pay well and have a good benefits package.

Does BlackBerry offer parental leave?

Pros

Health Insurance is good and descent paid.

Cons

Not morally correct. They terminated me after 8 long years of service only 4 weeks before having my child (Or 8 months pregnant) conveniently cutting mat-leave benefits, insurance, etc. Same with other ladies (at least another 4). Overall, very unstable working environment, sales' targets and processes are messed-up. Poor product education, no telecommuting at all at any level or the CEO gets upset. CEO practice terror philosophy among executives and it cascades. Unfortunately, this nothing compare to what BB was in the past.

Advice to Management

Working environment and philosophy is very old Asian style. CEO should learn from the leading American IT companies and how they operate their business and their team of experts. Lastly, treat employees that are delivering YoY ethically and don't use law loopholes to avoid short term disability and Maternity leave.

leave benefits, insurance, etc. Same with other ladies (at least another 4).
