Does Bananatag Systems offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

Really amazing environment for young or junior people. Very supportive, good culture of learning, and good opportunities to be promoted/move up the ladder The people are really amazing. The culture used to be really young and was too focused on partying, but that has really changed for the best. The work culture is extremely laid back. Very few people work overtime, time-off is easy to get, mood in the office is chill, deadlines are more of a idea. Great work-life balance, great for parents (company events are family friendly). There are two offices, but there isn't any drama or rift between them. You don't get to know people in the other office quite as well, but it doesn't create problems

Cons

They recently slashed the education budget, so it's harder to sign up for courses or do any kind of paid professional development There is a lack of outside senior talent across the company. Most people in senior positions have been promoted into those positions, so there is a lack of perspective and a lot of bad habits The usual growing pains of a startup trying to grow and scale up quickly. Inexperienced management, poor cross-team collaboration, and operations are severely under-supported

Advice to Management

Focus on making your existing stuff better instead of trying to do new things just for the sake of it
