Does BP offer dental insurance?
Pros
- Friendly environment and people. Some good policies if not all. Emphasis on safety - Some good perks for WFH setup, Restricted shares, Reimbursement of medical expense (upto 30 k) apart from Medical insurance - opportunity to get free certifications from LinkedIn learning and Coursera
Cons
- No Job security. They put you on a cliffhanger for long and so diplomatically ask you to look for new job opportunities (without even uttering a word to look for job outside) - One of the most incompetent HR, They do not respond or they do not have answers to your questions - Work culture is different from other geographies. Some teams may have lost work life balance. Many leads are not even much concerned abt it - No transparency. they do not want us to presume anything but they are unable to give you transparency. Some decisions they made, have an impact on project but not even communicated on time to impacted teams. - Hired some manager with higher packages but they rely so much on their subordinates for each and every work. Subordinates are designated secretaries. and still none of the Managers have the courtesy to reward their team members for their contribution - Suggestions made by Juniors are often neglected/rejected. Have seen some suggestions neglected which results later in escalation :) - Health insurance does not cover your parents at all (no options at all). No provision of covering your parents by paying extra. HR has been working on it since 1.5 years and not yet came up with solution. Such a great HR team
Advice to Management

Pros
Great maternity and paternity leave
