Does BNY Mellon offer massages?

Pros

- Benefit packages for Full Time Employees are good - Additional benefits like free access to the arts in major metro areas are a nice bonus. - $15 minimum wage for all Employees - Skilled and Tenured people work here. Career milestones are celebrated. - Diversity and Inclusion are a large part of the culture here.

Cons

- C Suite from the top down has not been very stable recently, lots of management shifting and leavers - With the shift comes a shift in vision, which has seemed to unsettle the workforce. I have not spoken to one person recently who is happy with their lot in local Pittsburgh. - Workforce is reduced across the board on what seems like a regular basis. - A culture of fear over respect has set in recently.

Advice to Management

Communicating clearly and confidently in your vision will calm your workforce, even if you are looking to reduce staff.

Additional benefits like free access to the arts in major metro areas are a nice bonus.

Does BNY Mellon offer dental insurance?

Pros

Benefits are good, 401K 5%, year end matching 2%, Health coverage is moderate. Bonus depends on the group

Cons

There are some bad managements, there is no skip manager reviews which makes your rating at your manager. Especially DMA group is worst, they fake about their prior experience but when you speak will easily find out how bad they are.

Advice to Management

Senior management should not be blind and depends on his directs, they should conduct skip manager meeting to motivate employees in the org.

Benefits are good, 401K 5%, year end matching 2%, Health coverage is moderate.

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, pension, maternity leave etc. Good employee engagement. Good people...mostly

Cons

Promotions given on interview skills. Not merit. A lot depends on who you are...not what you do. Constant threat of redundancies
