Does Aon offer massages?
Pros
When I joined, there was a cafeteria with free breakfast and lunch.
Cons
I worked in the call centre - we were very understaffed but we got blamed if we fell behind on work. Absolutely no support from management. I got pulled into meetings and accused of not being a team player while I was doing the work of three people. I had panic attacks at work and felt sick on my way into work in the mornings. I saw people bursting into tears at work.
Advice to Management
Advocate for your staff and stop letting upper management pile more work on to people who are already at the breaking point. And stop guilting people when they leave! No one in their right mind would stick around to be abused like that.

Does Aon have a pension plan?
Pros
Big name, nice to have in your resume. Good school to learn how to work under pressure and if you like it Good benefits, around 7% in the pension and the company can match around 5% with health credits Company stock options for employees No carreer plan available we had 10 additional days off in 2021 and 2022, to accomodate our working from home life all seniors positions are held by typical mid 40-50 white male
Cons
No company culture the company doesn't promote inter department exchange you actually feel like the company wants to pay you the less possible in the middle of covid, my team did not even get the inflation wage raise The business is managed by the US, you can feel left behind when you are outside the US Salary is not competitive at all, pick a random company in the same industry and you will make 25% more.
