What is overtime like at Algoma Steel?

Pros

~good benefits ~flexible overtime ~union ~pay rate ~room for improvements and pursuing trades/knowledge ext.

Cons

~Environment cause be a hazard to wellbeing and health ~Scheduled Shifts in rotation varies ~no pay until you punch in on the job when you have to travel 10+ min just to get to a punch clock

Advice to Management

Maintain Morrel with co-workers to achieve best interests of company's goal and while keeping in mind of there social interests recognized for Healthy relations between employer and employee.
