What is the hiring process like at Aisera?

A lot is expected and asked of Aisera employees. This means you should expect a pretty large time and effort commitment in order to be able to succeed here.

This company has unfortunately regressed, with echoes of former leadership styles returning to the forefront to the detriment of collective progress. The current state leaves much to be desired: there is effectively zero product direction, leaving teams without a clear understanding of priorities or next steps. Sales leadership has cultivated a toxic environment, stifling both morale and collaboration. The board appears disengaged, offering no discernible guidance or vision. Engineering, as a result, is left confused - constantly shifting roadmaps and never knowing which priorities will stick from one month to the next. The cycle is worsened by persistently poor hiring choices, resulting in unqualified and ill-aligned team members who further muddy the company’s ability to align around a strategy. Repeated missteps in talent selection, combined with an oppressive management style reminiscent of certain influential figures, have stalled any hope of a turnaround. This climate makes it difficult for anyone—regardless of expertise or tenure—to drive meaningful outcomes. As a result, the organization finds itself stuck in a loop of indecision and dysfunction with no clear route to recovery in sight. Maybe there were a lot negative reviews in that past, but my recommendations are: Ignore all those negative reviews recently, they are not true. - In Aisera, if you are capable, if you are ambitious, if you want to do meaningful things, then come - In Aisera, almost all the top leaderships have changed, now, it is a new young company, in the hottest field - Also, it has won the top rating for Gen AI! - New leaderships have brought here new ideas, new leadership solutions, and of course, care of employees - Of couse, if you just want to relax, if you just want to lay down, doing nothing, then do not come, as there is no room for you here at all. Just ask yourself this question: Are you still seeing any companies in Bay Area that is hiring people in Bay Area like crazy as Aisera?

Any cons? I don't think so.

As a junior data scientist, I felt encouraged to voice my ideas and opinions, and there were ample opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Unfortunately, communication across teams is a time consuming process.

Lack of Transparency. Lack of Company Direction and goals Only C level hiring and existing people are all manager pleasers. Absence of exec guidance to take the company forward. Aisera board is scrambling to get a right path for the company

-Not enough customers -Company culture is the Oxford Dictionary definition of "Toxic" -People working from 7am-8pm, almost 7 days a week -Employees work hard to take the company one step forward, and CEO speaks and brings the company two steps back -Egotistical people everywhere -Ask why the company cannot retain 80-90% of employees for more than a year -Part of new-hire onboarding is to give company positive reviews on social media; read the negative reviews (these are written truthfully) -Friends don't refer friends/ex coworkers to join this company
