Great work environment with friendly and supportive management. Aspiring leaders who are there to guide and help you grow, open communication between employees and management. A fun atmosphere and spirit with team building activities every week. Facilities are excellent – open work space and fully stocked kitchen, benefits package also highlights a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle.

What are co-workers like at AdGear / Samsung Ads?

Pros

All-paid insurance, free food, laid-back environment for some. Coworkers are nice for the most part

Cons

- Extremely repetitive work - You get no work acknowledgement if you're an operations specialist - Managers are sometimes close-minded

Advice to Management

acknowledge you operations specialists and give them what they deserve. they're the ones making the whole thing work.
