Pros

TOPdesk is one of the best organizations I've ever worked for! I think the contributing factors of what make this organization great are the fantastic culture and leadership. TOPdesk culture is... built on trust, freedom and responsibility. These values are not something that is placed in a company handbook, it's something that the organization lives by. There is a shared respect for one another within the organization and a commitment to building each other up and growing together. A big part of the shared respect is the commitment to a true work life balance for the team. Another part of what makes this organization great is the leadership! We have leaders that are always there to help and invested in helping you grow .

Cons

Compensation could be higher, that being said there are amazing benefits and perks for make up for it
