I have been working at iQmetrix full-time for more than a year

Pros

They care about people. (period) Company trip to a war destination once a year! are you kidding me? While at the company trip, you get a chance to make a difference in the local community by doing... charity work. WOW Even with loss of revenue during pandemic, they refused to let people go. what?

Cons

depends on your location and how long you've been with the company, pay might be a bit lower

Advice to Management

You talk about inclusivity a lot, but need to dig deeper. I know you don't like to let people go, but need to identify free loader once a while and get rid of them, other employees are noticing and... it's demotivating for them.

I have been working at Swyme full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Small company, dedicated leadership and a product that knocks people's socks off when they see it. Once people sign on, they are typically happy customers for life.

Cons

Doesn't have the name recognition of the big players, so we have to work hard to be trusted. Missing some of the perks that larger companies typically have, but plans to implement more in 2015.

Advice to Management

Sometimes gets too excited about automated solutions. That is good for helping marketing/establishing leads, but need more investment in the people that can make a face to face impression, establish... a relationship, etc.
