1. none in particular, they checked all boxes in how to run a good company 2. my only complain is that they timed their layoffs (which was sizable) in December. Although they did make up for it... with fair and generous severance pay and extended benefit coverage

Lots of perks and benefits, amazing culture, and lots of teamwork and collaboration

Worked here for 2 years, have not had a problem with the work environment or culture of the company. Yes I've butted heads with people, but what do you expect when working for a growing company.
