Pros
Really gives you a great place to start for your career especially if you want to go the design route or at least have a good understanding of design. Fun projects with various different tasks to get... a good handle on software. Flexible work environment in terms of hours and hybrid opportunities. They have an intern program where various meetings get held from other departments/BOU's in case you're interested in other disciplines or want to meet new people and ask questions.
Cons
During December and January its difficult as a student since at this point - all major submissions have been completed and sent off so there isn't much work to do. Gets a bit boring as you will... either be doing small tasks and then waiting for another small task, or software training until more work comes in.
