I have been working at Zuora full-time for more than a year
Great and talented peers. CEO is engaged and focused on the company success and the well being of its employees. CEO is also the founder. Unique product and leader in the market. Employee input is... valued and welcomed. Innovation is welcomed and encouraged. Great HQ location and office with many amenities; the company has not reached a size where bureaucracy becomes unbearable. Top management is flexible and absolutely supportive of work life balance. Access to top management at all levels, which is a key differentiator for development. It is a green field to develop new processes and apply creativity to business functions to help the company scale. Recent genuine interest and focus on supporting Diversity and Inclusion which can definitely take the company to new heights.
The company financial performance has taken a toll on the stock price, because of its unique positioning in terms of product and market, industry analyst are tough on their ratings. Salaries are at... market, in a competitive environment like the Bay Area, it can be challenging to keep talent.
Advice to Management
More processes and transparencies on performance reviews and promotions. There are good intentions from management, but the processes are neither apparent nor socialized at all levels; I have to... become a sleuth and rely on colleagues anecdotes to be able to promote someone in my team. Some of the new senior level hires are not good practitioners of an "open door policy", they limit access to them, those obstacles make the organization less agile and communication is hindered.

Great place. Lotsa of wonderful people, and great technology. Pace is dynamic and FAST, with a lot of opportunites to learn and grow !
There really are no cons. Only thing is speed; it can be hard at time s to balance private life with work life.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing !
