Pros

- Product shows well - Solid SE's - Peers are welcoming - Good market to be

Cons

- Old technology that has been dressed up - just ask how many SaaS customers we actually have - Our Sr. Management team is leaving rapidly. Look at the management page - Net new sales are... declining - CEO doesn't seem to understand the market. Changes product tag line all the time - Lot's of employee churn. We all seem new - Culture is just...odd - Ask for a draw. Seems like a year before anything will close

Advice to Management

- Have Brian take over - Tell recruiters to be upfront about the current state of things - Pick an identity - Are we hybrid, application, AI, ML, analytics, infrastructure, ect., ect.

- Great team atmosphere - Fast Paced - Constantly evolving - Proud Brand advocacy - Get it done attitude required!

Cons

- Everyone asking for a free piece of merchandise or a code to get YETI discounted! - Change is constant, could be a bad fit for someone who doesn't like that
