Former Employee - Prefer Not to Say

I worked at World Of Wonder Productions full-time for more than a year

Pros

Cool coworkers and productions, diversity, LGBT+

Cons

Where do I begin! Leadership sets unrealistic deadlines and goals, company is extremely unprofessional, and thrives in disorganization. Owners and upper management are abusive and catty and cliquey... office culture. All the money their shows make and none trickled down from the top. Pay still well below market rate. Weekend and overtime work expected without additional compensation. Stay away

Advice to Management

Spend the money to hire enough people, don't gossip about other staff in meetings, offer fair compensation.

Current Employee - Experience Designer

I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for less than a year

Pros

the people are amazing - very real and human. They're an important staple to the great culture that Bond has been able to build... AND maintain through the pandemic. Sr management are incredible... folks that truly care about the individuals.

Cons

starting remotely was challenging, seeing as there was no roadmap, but Bond was there to help every step of the way

Advice to Management

Try to step out of your lived experience with Bond and imagine starting from scratch fully remotely. Let this feeling guide onboarding procedures.
