Current Contractor - Customer Service Representative

I have been working at Working Solutions for more than 5 years

Pros

Work from home, paid reliably.

Cons

Ridiculous amount of technical issues and their tech support is usually worthless to help. You can go days or weeks waiting on a tech issue to be resolved. Unless the whole project is down, you... don't get paid for that time even if the problem is on their end.

Advice to Management

Hire more people in tech and stop using the excuse that a small group of people services all agents so they can't keep up. If you know that, hire more people.

Current Contractor - Customer Service Representative

I have been working at NexRep for less than a year

Pros

1. Work From Home 2. Set Your Own Hours 3. Team Leads Very Encouraging 4. Plenty of Hours Available

Cons

1. No Paid Training - You Do Not Get Paid for Training 2. Must Pay for Your Own Background Check (Will Make Back Quickly) 3. Pay is on the Low Side Depending on Your Project

Advice to Management

No complaints so far. I like the project I have been assigned to. Everyone on my team is wonderful to work with. The Team Leads are AWESOME!
