Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Route Manager

I have been working at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Pay is excellent, benefits excellent, time off excellent, leadership team is always available to help you even if it not about work. Has a real family feeling. I would recommend a career at Waste... Management if you are looking for something that has structure and would like to be treat as a human and not a number.

Cons

Can have long hours no more than 13 in a day so not all bad because you are getting paid for that time. No other real con's.

Advice to Management

Create a clear path to advance your career.

Former Intern - File Clerk

I worked at Progressive Waste for less than a year

Pros

Everyone I met and worked with here was very friendly and helpful. The higher ups showed respect and gave me a lot of insight during the time I worked there.

Cons

The office I worked at was next to the garbage dump so occasionally it would smell a little bad.
