-Pay is low -Upward mobility feels also quite low -Not flexible work times - Tough industry with not much growth at times

Advice to Management

Follow some of the best practices from competitors or other companies to boost morale. Such as: opportunities to volunteer, more PTO days, flexible work schedules similar to what many companies in... particular in the Texas region do with their 9-80 policy
