Pros

By far the best thing about Paramore is the culture. It's unparalleled. The people there enjoy being there and they have a lot of fun. Everyone there is super talented, and the work they produce is... really great. Perks include music playing in the office, the rooftop deck overlooking downtown Nashville, ping-pong, cornhole, parties, etc. It's a very fun, anti-corporate atmosphere.

Cons

There aren't many glaring cons. Sometimes process gets in the way of efficiency and innovation, but you'll find that at just about any agency. Developers used to take the lions share of blame when... projects went wrong, but that's gotten much better under current senior leadership.

Advice to Management

Leadership has done a really good job of running "leaner". I'd encourage them to continue to find ways to cut the fat, and then share those additional profits with employees. Also, continue looking... for ways to better communication between leadership and between departments.
