    Open to people working remotely.

    Overall the company seems to rely on outdated processes and tools, there is a lot of Excel tracking and insufficient localization knowledge also in senior program management roles. These roles rely... more on aggressiveness than competence in securing business. Management is poor on many levels. I'd rather speak of an inability to manage and a tendency to control, also with respect to people. Human resources is the worst. They are unresponsive, do not follow through on agreements, they won't hesitate to defend upper managers even if blatantly wrong, they don't shy away from using intimidating language, like “Vistatec pays your salary” or “there will be consequences”.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to respect the people who work for you - they are your main income. Have a deep dive in cultural intelligence and cross-cultural communication. Learn to admit to mistakes and apologize.
