Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Vision Critical full-time for more than a year

Pros

The people here are amazing and they have very competitive pay and excellent benefits. You get to constantly learn (with great resources available internally for personal or professional learning). ... Great opportunities for growth and leadership supports and encourages all employees to learn and grow. The C-suite is open and transparent and bi-monthly there are set times where the executives are online and available to answer any question employees ask. Flexibility to work remote if and when you need to.

Cons

fast paced work environment where things can change very quickly.

Current Employee - Corporate Account Manager

I have been working at The Config Team full-time for less than a year

Pros

A group of talented, experienced and motivated people all pulling in the same direction, following an inspirational leader.

Cons

Its growing quickly so naturally there are a few processes that need to be refined. That said its just another area where I've seen a professional attitude to working together to agree short and... long term plans.

Advice to Management

A wise man once said "Don't find customers for your products, find products for your customers..." It looks like that's how you've managed to be so successful! Keep developing the products and I'll... keep taking them to our customers (and keep smiles on their faces :) )
