Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Research Analyst

I worked at Ubisoft full-time

Pros

Large but open-minded, and healthy work environment. Good collaboration between teams and excellent work life balance (not too hectic / fast-paced)

Cons

Solid benefits (maybe not as competitive as those from the tech industry), and processes can sometimes be very unidirectional (less room / time for creative approaches, more repetitive tasks). The... company sits somewhere between a large corporation and a fast paced tech setting

Advice to Management

Entertain the positive environment / culture and develop new, more innovative/creative approaches to move faster in-market. Reassess some processes and research procedures to be more agile.

Current Freelancer - Community Manager

I have been working at InnoGames for more than 3 years

Pros

You get to work with a really great team of community managers from all over the world. The company is very interested in your personal growth, and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills.... You're encouraged to take initiatives and pursue projects that you think would help your community or InnoGames.

Cons

There is very little onboarding
