Featured Review

Current Employee - Vice President Operations

I have been working at Two Sigma full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Excellent benefits and culture; competitive compensation packages

Cons

Growing pains injecting previously unseen layers of bureaucracy into the company. Performance has been lagging recently.

Advice to Management

Stay true to what made Two Sigma great in the first place - stop hiring so many outside senior level managers and consultants - they are polluting the culture.

Current Employee - Quant

I have been working at Jump Trading full-time

Pros

They pay a lot for the good people

Cons

You have to work very hard
