"Great employer"May 12, 2019

Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at Tripadvisor full-time for less than a year

Pros

Top tier salary Excellent benefits Great team dynamic; individuals matter Interesting work Constantly growing in Ottawa Free snacks and 3 lunches a week

Cons

Lunch offers limited. That's all I could think of.

Former Employee - Middle Management

I worked at Audley Travel full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great people and amazing training opportunities

Cons

Some management have clearly got up the ladder with very brown noses and that's a great shame. Hopefully things are changing.

Advice to Management

Don't let loyal staff go - fight to keep them, too many great people left in the time that I was there and the company was worse off for it.
