Pros
-Great engineering collogues and director level management. -Extremely interesting and stimulating work. -Benefits of a large corporation, decent health plan, grad school reimbursement.
Cons
-Salary and compensation is below industry standard. -Typical corporate nonsense that doesn't really make sense for our individual company. -Lack of transparency from corporate.
Advice to Management
Provide better compensation, that is the #1 reason for retention issues. It's difficult to stay with a company you like when you receive 3 calls a week offering $20k-$40k more per year for the same... position.
