Company respects work/life balance and good benefits.

Cons

Company has been going through growing pains for the last couple years with several changes in management and programs. Difficult to keep up with so much change.

Advice to Management

Stick with functioning process and procedures to streamline divisions achievement vision. Lessen the changes made as a division.
