Cons

Managers line their pockets and only get ahead if you're in their "group". You don't want to be in their group by the way. I worked there for years and watched it grow. I was a senior manager that... moved to the internal side after years of working there. I make way more money now and have a real career path. Trust me don't listen to the higher ups about the dark side. It's my biggest regret not leaving sooner. I promise you will get paid a lot more and have a huge impact at an internal company.

- Racism and misogynistic behaviours are overlooked, and those individuals are often shielded by upper management from repercussion. - Process is fickle and changes are made every other week,... therefore difficult to get settled. - Team leaders are often not very experienced recruiters so professional development can stagnate - Incestious relationship between staff members which leads to a strange dynamic within the office - Expected to do overtime unpaid and if you refuse, this can often lead to management doubting your loyalty to the company and making your life difficult. - Culture is toxic.
