Work Life balance, Long hours sometimes, but not often.

Amazing learning experience. Opportunity to work with great clientele

Cons

Prepare to work over 15 hours per day. I've had to do over 18 on regular basis for extended periods of time. Bend over backwards for clients at the cost of employees wellbeing even if the issue is... raised.

Advice to Management

Enforce maximum working hours. Your employees will last longer, be healthier and more productive. You have a great learning environment, but make it a great working environment too.
