Featured Review

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at TD part-time for more than a year

Pros

yearly bonus and health and dental

Cons

it is a larger corporation and little employee excellence recognition.

Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at Banque Nationale du Canada/National Bank of Canada full-time for less than a year

Pros

Very welcoming and supportive group, a lot of training available, the work is extremely interesting and engaging, and I really like the people I work with, I work in a satellite branch but management... does a good job of keeping us connected to the homebase

Cons

Some hiccups with onboarding due to the remote work situation, but all the systems are in place; extended benefits enrollment was confusing and unclear on programs
