I have been working at Sysmex America full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Great products, great people. This company does not passively design and sell products for status quo - it is always on the leading edge of innovation and shifting paradigms before competition can... catch up.
Cons
This is a macho corporate organization. If you can't handle the stress of 'playing the game' and always watching your back, it might not be for you.
Advice to Management
You guys are all incredible at innovating and managing the stratospheric growth of this business - but remember, you set the tone for the culture of the organization. The output and productivity of... associates is definitely less than it could be if the work environment were less hostile.
I have been working at XSENSOR Technology full-time for more than a year
Pros
I have had the opportunity to work on a number of products under development at Xsensor. Each project is always interesting and at times a challenge to find the information required, which lets me... flex my problem solving skills. The small team size allows for both collaboration and autonomy, each rewarding in its own way.
Cons
The open concept office plan is great for creating community, but sometimes, especially if another project team is having a meeting in the same space, it can become distracting.
