Current Employee - Bus Driver

I have been working at Stagecoach full-time

Pros

Brilliant pay and support where needed

Cons

Long hours and mis-communication between managers regularly

Advice to Management

Communicate with your staff more on independent issues

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Euro Car Parts full-time

Pros

Hard workers who stand out can progress quickly. Large staff discount. Sunday's off. Mostly good colleagues. Movement between locations possible.

Cons

0 hrs contracts. 55hr Management contracts. Low levels of natural light of working in a warehouse. Dealing with rather shady proprietors can mean some sales deals can become skewed.

Advice to Management

Emphasis on sales of penny profit poor performing products does not establish a loyal customer base. Pay scale is very low for those not in Management or Sales positions.
