I have been working at St. Joseph Communications full-time for more than a year

Pros

• The people are SO wonderful! Felt like finding a second family • They're glad to have you try new things and expand your role • Working with media is great, you really get to see the impact of... your work

Cons

• The print/digital media industry is struggling a bit right now (facebook/google's fault) • Could use a more agile approach to large projects

Advice to Management

Stay strong! I think the sale from Rogers to St. Joseph's Communications will prove beneficial as the teams find their footing.
