Current Employee - Intern

I have been working at St. James's Place Wealth Management full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good environment to work in

Cons

No cons, good team to work with

Advice to Management

Make induction more comprehensive

Former Employee - Account Executive

I worked at Havas Life full-time for more than a year

Pros

The social aspect is really encouraged here and there is a lot to get involved in.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult at times! There is a traditional work hierarchy here so which makes it slightly difficult to communicate with people ‘higher up’. As a junior member, you don’t get... much of a chance to contribute.

Advice to Management

Create more training opportunities.
