Good company to work with, lot of learnings and good growth opportunities. People are super friendly and are readily supporting each other.

Cons

I havent come across any cons so far sometimes with the plethora of products and services they offer they are pretty structured

Pros

the people are amazing - very real and human. They're an important staple to the great culture that Bond has been able to build... AND maintain through the pandemic. Sr management are incredible... folks that truly care about the individuals.

Cons

starting remotely was challenging, seeing as there was no roadmap, but Bond was there to help every step of the way

Advice to Management

Try to step out of your lived experience with Bond and imagine starting from scratch fully remotely. Let this feeling guide onboarding procedures.
