Well informed , trained and looked after. General positive attitude amongst coworkers.

Cons

Putting up with negative comments from customers about ride maintenance.

Advice to Management

Ocassionally use a company spy to seek information about employee attitudes, moral and general work performance and behaviour.

Learning to scale - some growing pains Hard to compete with tech salaries/market High pressure and industry may not suit all Limited clarity and focus on career growth and path for team members

Advice to Management

Keep focusing on growth, feedback, and finding the right people and nurturing them. Hold onto the strong culture and focus on people, it's really special. Keep finding ways to develop and advance... staff as long term win-win investment. Find ways to reward (bonuses, advancement?) OT and high performers in meaningful ways.
