Pros

Great team and work culture, very manageable work/life balance. CCF has company events almost once every month and everyone is very collaborative and welcoming with each other. Benefits include 100%... employer paid medical/vision/dental insurance and a 10% automatic employer retirement contribution. Lots of peers have masters degrees so it is a very high caliber environment, but not obnoxious or pretentious at all. Career progression is better than I've seen at most companies, nearly half of the employees have been here 10+ years and started from staff entry positions.

Cons

Only major con is that the company is very firm on being 100% in office, hybrid is being explored but does not appear to be a likely scenario in the near future. Since many employees have been here... for 10+ years, there sometimes appears to be a disconnect between the staff and the leadership team.
