"Good company"Aug 26, 2019

Current Contractor - Cloud Developer

I have been working at Schneider Electric for less than a year

Pros

Big company with a lot of potential.

Cons

Hard to navigate in all corp tools and structures.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at ENMAX full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Location, refreshed facilities, onsite amenities, exciting changes in the industry. The company enables people who demonstrate initiative and add value. There is a variety of interesting work... available and opportunities to grow your skills.

Cons

Disconnect between senior leadership and front line employees. It feels like we are still to slow to move - speed and embracing ambiguity are critical competencies moving forward.

Advice to Management

Continue to focus on clear and timely communication on the "what" and "why" as things continue to unfold. Recent org changes and focus on the customer and culture support the emerging strategic... objectives. Keep things moving in a positive direction!
