Featured Review

Current Employee - Software Support Engineer

I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

SE provides great flexibility and the people is great!

Cons

Salary Review and Increase is not always corresponds to your performance.

Advice to Management

I understand that management has to be fair in distribution of salary increase by the percentage throughout the team. However, this demotivates the high performers as there is not much... differentiation on the % salary increase from the high perfomers vs others.

"Great employer"Nov 1, 2020

Current Employee - Technical Team Leader

I have been working at ENMAX full-time

Pros

Great benefits, pay is in line with industry, employees are generally engaged

Cons

Union really limits employer choices sometimes, and creates a lot of complexity and unintended consequences
