I have worked at a lot of companies and STEMCELL is the only one that I have wanted to stay at. The founder (Allen) is fantastic and really cares about not only the science/what the company is doing... but also the people that work for him. It is a fast paced environment (which I love) and at this point, I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
Is the company perfect...of course not (which company is)?!? Currently they do not have a paid parental leave which is disappointing but a gap I know they are looking to close.
