Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at SET Environmental full-time

Pros

Work/life flexibility is second to none. Overall company values are fine.

Cons

Management is slow to react when issues arise and sometimes doesn't react at all. Bad behavior by upper management is known and tolerated. Lack of diversity is surprising for a company this size.

Advice to Management

Let people do their jobs. Too many instances of others doing some else's work simply because they want to and not because it is necessary. Everyone should be able to do the work that falls within... their job description without having to "fight" to do it.

Former Intern - File Clerk

I worked at Progressive Waste for less than a year

Pros

Everyone I met and worked with here was very friendly and helpful. The higher ups showed respect and gave me a lot of insight during the time I worked there.

Cons

The office I worked at was next to the garbage dump so occasionally it would smell a little bad.
