Current Employee - Organizational Development

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great family-feel environment Room for advancement and career growth Great compensation Involved in our communities 1 paid Volunteer day per year! Wealth accumulation plans Vacation time

Cons

Can't think of any cons, I love the company I work for.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

Former Employee - Cashier

I worked at Tim Hortons part-time for more than a year

Pros

My boss paid us for the breaks and there's 30% off for our own store's product. All managers and employees are very nice and supportive.

Cons

Too busy, especially in the morning. The morning shift at 7 am is crazy.
