Featured Review

Former Employee - Engineer

I worked at Renault Nissan Automotive India full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good place to work, sufficient leave days. Provides opportunity to develop but scope is limited. Others perks like bus, canteen are too good. Excellent insurance policies to families. Since average... age was quite younger in India plant, the atmosphere is relatively open.

Cons

Some global issues like staff politics are found but not unique for RNAIPL as it is found everywhere and depends on the people. Even though leave structure is better than most of the companies,... Worklife balance depends on the people one report.

Advice to Management

Training, Reward, Recognition and Appreciations can be improved. ERP System can be made robust & reliable

Cons

Advice to Management

I am looking for a part-time job because I take care of two young children
