Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Rank Group full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

This is really difficult. Ironically the CEO is a real positive fir the business but his immediate management team are no where near so good and are ouof touch with th front operational line of the... business.

Cons

Plenty of senior managers arguing between themselves creating a turbulent pace for others to work. The senior management don't live the corporate values not welcoming others to question their actions... and others never getting back to you when you ask for a meeting or ask a question - they have their head in the sand.

Advice to Management

Sort out your senior managers! Lots of staff want to leave and it's not a happy place to work currently.

I worked at Atlas Energy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Employees are respected and are given independence and trust...not micro-managed. Above average compensation & benefits.

Cons

Lack of structure. Limited upward mobility due to small company size. Challenging business conditions.
