"Great Company!"Jan 25, 2019

I have been working at RPM Technologies (Canada) full-time

Pros

I have been working at RPM for just over a year now. Overall, I think this company is a really great company to work for. I have referred friends to apply here in the past and generally feel pretty... satisfied. They have a very friendly staff, and management team that is approachable and easy to interact with. They also have a social events committee that puts on several company funded events during the year to boost morale and get people together. We’ve done events such as golf tournaments, holiday banquets, bowling, games nights, escape rooms and others. Also there are several team appreciation initiatives, and programs where employees are acknowledged for their hard work. You can tell the company places an importance and value on its employees. My day to day job is never boring, I work in a side of the company that interacts with many other employees outside of my department which I feel keeps me engaged. I never feel overwhelmed in my role, but it is apparent that the company is doing exciting things and is very busy. Dress code is pretty relaxed, business casual. There is a big mix of older and younger employees so it makes a pretty diverse employee population. Overall, I would totally give this company a good review.

Cons

Pretty fast paced of an environment. You have to be able to keep up!
