Current Intern - Anonymous Intern

I have been working at Quantcast

Pros

Treat interns like full-employees, for the most part.

Cons

Company uses Java for most stuff.

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at OutboundEngine full-time

Pros

Opportunity top earn a real income. An entire team supporting you with you and the customers in mind. Yes, the hours are long and you will find every manager and working those hours and more with... you. Flat organization with a lot of access. CEO knows your name. You have to be prepared to compete and know how to compete. These reviews from past co-workers reflect that they most probably couldn't cut it. So don't be fooled by the childish rants. Real knows Real.

Cons

Its a lot of work at times. Company is expanding and growing in so many ways that it can be hard to stay on top of developments.

Advice to Management

Make sure to explain all the new product feature enhancements and train for all the new customer types. Healthcare and doctors are a great opportunity and fun to work with but also very specific in... what they need. Trianing is key!
