Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at QuadraMed full-time

Pros

Allowed to work from home, good benefits and great co-workers.

Cons

A lot of departments are single threaded with various recent layoffs. Doesn't promote continuing education.

Advice to Management

Communicate with the employees more and reward those that go above and beyond often.

"Medix Staffing"Nov 18, 2019

Former Employee - Healthcare Recruiter

I worked at Medix full-time for less than a year

Pros

good work environment, occasional office outings/happy hour, in-office game days, commission available after certain metrics are hit medical benefits

Cons

As a recruiter your goals can sometimes be out of your hands. You put a lot of trust into your candidates making sure they will do their job on time/correctly and that is not always the case. Not... Medix's fault though! Just a con of the job itself

Advice to Management

Keep making the work environment fun and exciting to be apart of. The job can be difficult so having something to look forward to with your team is certainly helpful.
