"Nice Experince"Nov 19, 2019

Current Employee - Applications Developer

I have been working at Procom full-time for less than a year

Pros

My interview process was really smooth. They expedited the whole process as i had another offer. The location wise this is the best any one can ask for. Right on top of subway station. No need... to step out of station. So far my overall experience is really good. The company and work environment is great. We are working in true agile environment.

Cons

I have nothing for now. Everything looks good.

"HORRIBLE"Aug 20, 2019

Former Employee - Regional Recruiter

I worked at SterlingFreeman full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great coworkers, Great Clients, Flexible hours & Able to work from home.

Cons

I worked here for over a year. At first everything was great. I was learning a lot and all of my coworkers were amazing. I got along well with everyone. Slowly I guess business decisions were... made and everything went down hill VERY QUICKLY. Checks were constantly late, we were always afraid if we were going to get paid or not. Slowly over time, one owed check became two and then two became three.. He made a lot of promises and couldn't deliver and a lot of really good people were seriously in a lot of financial trouble because of him. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM, STAY AWAY. A lot of manipulation and lies..

Advice to Management

Pay your employees and stop promising things that you can't deliver.
