Featured Review

Current Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Procom full-time for less than a year

Pros

Excellent management, people, clients and company culture. Excellent compensation plan, and an outstanding place to learn and grow.

Cons

The view. I'm stuck looking at stanley park, the north shore and canada place all day long, I just wish I could be staring at the side of some building or into an alley way.

Advice to Management

None. This is the best managed company I have ever worked for, and I've worked in other agency environments prior to this.

Former Employee - Recruiter

I worked at SterlingFreeman full-time

Pros

Good clients. Good colleagues. There were snacks for awhile.

Cons

Managing Director mismanaged money. Could not deliver compensation to staff in a timely manner. Could not refund client DEPOSITS for programs that lacked a deliverable.

Advice to Management

Pay everyone back.
